1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player") and tt8 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the tt8.pro website and all services, products, and features provided by our platform.

Tt8 is an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of products including sports betting, Live Casino games, online Slots, and related entertainment content. Our platform operates under a valid licence and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form a comprehensive agreement between you and tt8.

2 Player Eligibility

To register and use the tt8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or under any restriction imposed by tt8 or a relevant regulatory body;

3 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account on the tt8 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual constitute a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identity document;
• A valid date of birth;
• An active and accessible email address;
• A Malaysian mobile number registered in your name;
• Bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. tt8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4 Deposits & Payments

Tt8 supports a variety of secure payment methods that make it easy for Malaysia players to deposit quickly, including FPX transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other popular e-wallet options.

Deposit conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the Withdrawal page and may vary depending on the payment method;
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same player's name;
• Tt8 does not accept deposits from third parties or unknown sources;
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering purposes on the tt8 platform;
• Tt8 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Tt8 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are processed seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with a typical processing time of 15 minutes to one hour depending on the chosen method and system load at the time.

Withdrawal conditions that must be observed:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same player's name;
• Players must meet the bonus rollover requirement before bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Tt8 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits;
• Suspicious withdrawal attempts may be placed on hold pending completion of an investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Tt8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, and those terms form part of this Agreement.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to another player;
• Each player is eligible to claim any bonus offer once only, unless otherwise stated;
• Tt8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse, fraud, or an attempt to manipulate the system is suspected;
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.

7 Wagering Rules

All wagering activity on the tt8 platform is subject to the game rules set by the respective providers and the platform's general policies. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified;
• Tt8 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect information or a technical error;
• In the event of a dispute over match results, the decision accepted by the relevant sports authority is final;
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed for each market and may change at tt8's discretion;
• Betting on matches that have already ended or using information not available to the public is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fairness for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games;
• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity;
• Exploiting known technical errors or system vulnerabilities;
• Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate language directed at staff or other players;
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or rent an account to another party.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Tt8 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any term in this Agreement;
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents;
• Activities suspected of fraud or evasion;
• Requests from relevant authorities;
• Players who apply for self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance checks are completed.

10 Liability Limits

Tt8 strives to keep the platform running smoothly and without disruption. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free of technical interruptions.

Tt8 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet service disruptions or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Losses resulting from technical errors beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these terms;
• Unauthorized third-party access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence.

Tt8's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Tt8 takes player privacy seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

By using our platform, you agree that:

• Your personal data is collected for identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement purposes;
